1. Program Description
Absolute Integrative Physical Medicine offers patients the option to receive SMS text messages related to their care. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Absolute Integrative Physical Medicine.
You may choose to receive one or both of the following types of messages:
Message frequency varies depending on appointment activity and promotional events.
2. Your Consent Choices
When you provide your mobile number on our forms, you will be presented with two separate checkboxes:
- Checkbox 1 (Transactional): Consent to receive patient care and clinic communications.
- Checkbox 2 (Marketing): Consent to receive promotional and marketing communications.
Important:
✅ You may choose to consent to one or both types of messages.
✅ Providing consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving treatment, scheduling appointments, or receiving other clinic services.
✅ You can change your preferences at any time by replying STOP to opt out of all messages, or by contacting our office to update your preferences.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications from Absolute Integrative Physical Medicine at any time by replying STOP to 707-665-1919.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your mobile number from either category (patient care or marketing) unless you opt in again.
To opt out of marketing messages only (while continuing to receive patient care messages), please contact our office directly.
4. Help Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with HELP for assistance.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
